[File Description] "data.h5": hdf5 file includes data "draw.m" : Matlab script file to draw Fig.1 (d) "Figure1.svg" : inkscape vector format file for Fig.1 "Figure1.png" : Resulting Figure 1 in png file format [How to do] After loading "data.h5" via any HDF5 reader, there are two 2D vectors (Je,Ji) which means electron current and ion current respectively. First columns of Je and Ji are time vectors, and corresponding second columns are value vectors. Using the physical constants (me,qe,mi) in "data.h5", convert the currents to momentum density. Plot 1-dimensional (time vs momentum density) as shown in Fig.1(d) (Please refer "draw.m", one can use any plotting programs (Matlab, python, etc..)) Note that Fig.1 (a)-(c) are reprinted from Jiang et al.2016 Nucl. Fusion 56 126017, licensed under CC BY 3.0. One can modify overall figure structure in "Figure1.svg" using Inkscape or other programs which can deal with the "svg" format.
