Eastern_EFS.zip: contains powergenome inputs to obtain data on flexible loads from the Electrification Futures Study.
This was run using a different version which has since had its features merged into the main branch.
Its commit hash is 06fcb3cb, from March 24 2022.

Eastern.zip: contains powergenome inputs to generate the 2021--2035 and 2036--2050 cases more generally.
This was run using Powergenome 0.5.3, https://zenodo.org/record/5950722

The script post_processing_wilson.py (appearing in each GenX case) is run after powergenome in order to incorporate some additional changes to the generator files,
    particularly the costs of NG-CCS plants.
